In the heart of the University of Hertfordshire's campus

Founded in 1999, our lettings agency was the FIRST Students' Union run agency within the country. As your Students' Union we remain student focused and ensure our service is tailored specifically to the needs of students within Hatfield.

We are a licensed ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) agent and are accredited by the NLA (National Landlords Association), as well as regulated by The Property Ombudsman.

Our team are all trained in property management, specifically for student housing. The main focus of our agency, is to ensure that we provide high quality housing from reputable landlords for our students. Not only that, but we are conveniently located within the heart of the College Lane campus, so booking a property with us couldn't be easier!

In addition to providing our service to students, we also ensure our landlords are well supported. We encourage them to have the high standard of properties and ensure that they meet both national and local requirements for student housing (Houses of Multiple Occupation [HMOs]). 

All of the contractors we use are appropriately qualified. They pertain all of the required qualifications and hold Public Liability Insurance, to ensure that both our tenants and landlord's properties are in safe hands.
