As a result, this increases the potential for booking properties with students as they meet a high standard.

We recommend our Landlords register with the NLA for further support throughout their tenancies. In addition, the local authority's PAL scheme sets to acknowledge Landlords and their properties that are of a high standard and fully compliant.
